jdbx Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement for any player using the jdbx platform — whether via the website or a mobile device. Reading the content on this page and continuing to use the platform means you fully accept these terms.

jdbx is a platform operating in the Myanmar online gaming market, offering players Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Esports, and Poker services. These terms and conditions have been established to keep the service running and to protect the interests of our players.

Services covered by this agreement include: all game types, deposit and withdrawal transactions, bonus and promotion programmes, and all personal account and communication services on the platform.

2. Account Registration & Features

2.1 — One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may only open one account on jdbx. Opening multiple accounts under a single identity, or using another person's name as your own, is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

2.2 — Accurate Information

The name, registration details, and contact information provided when opening an account must be accurate. Any account found to have been opened with false or fabricated information may be reviewed and suspended.

2.3 — Password Protection

Players must not share their account login or password with anyone. Players are personally responsible for all access made from their own device. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact jdbx Support immediately.

3. Age Restriction

jdbx services are available to players aged 21 and above only. If an account is found to belong to a player under 21, it will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance will be handled accordingly.

A copy of a national registration card or identity document may be requested to verify age. Withdrawal requests from players who cannot provide complete registration documents may be placed on hold.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 — Deposit Methods

Deposits on jdbx can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

4.2 — Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks

4.3 — Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 10–45 minutes in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Processing time may vary depending on the player's KYC verification status and the banking system.

4.4 — Withdrawal Restrictions

jdbx reserves the right to review any withdrawal, including verification of the source of funds. Bonus amounts may only be withdrawn after the required wagering has been completed. Withdrawals suspected of involving money laundering may be placed on hold.

4.5 — Self-Funded Deposits Only

Players must deposit using only their own personal payment method. Deposits made through a third party, an agent, or any intermediary financial service are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

jdbx's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To be eligible to withdraw this bonus, players must complete a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25 (Wagering 25 times).

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to meet is 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

Another example — If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you will receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to meet is 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

5.2 — Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• The bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• jdbx specifies that wagering requirements may only be completed in designated game types.
• Wagering completion is tracked on the jdbx platform only.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been fully met, jdbx reserves the right to void the bonus.

5.3 — Right to Cancel Promotions

jdbx reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with prior notice.

6. VIP and Cashback

The jdbx VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression depends on each player's betting activity and volume. jdbx reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria and cashback terms.

7. Fair Play Policy

Game results on jdbx are generated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be manipulated or predicted. Players accept that losses are unpredictable and jdbx cannot be held responsible for such losses.

7.1 — Transparency in Game Operations

jdbx performs platform maintenance checks and fault inspections. Players who encounter technical issues can report them through Support.

7.2 — Cheat Codes and Hacking Attempts

Anyone who attempts to modify games on the platform using software tools or third-party interception tools may face legal action, account closure, and forfeiture of funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in the following activities:

• Using a third-party bank account as an intermediary for deposits or withdrawals
• Colluding with other players to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
• Attempting to tamper with or reverse engineer the software on the platform
• Using jdbx as a platform to sell personal goods or services
• Activities that violate local Myanmar law or international law

If any of these activities are detected, jdbx may close the account and the player may be held legally liable.

9. Personal Data Protection

jdbx does not sell or share players' personal data with third parties without a legal basis. Players may request to view their own personal data through Support.

10. Limitation of Liability

jdbx is not responsible for money lost by players through gameplay, gambling-related problems, or losses caused by third-party software exploits. Players are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

jdbx will make efforts to resolve any player losses that occur during system downtime, but cannot guarantee full liability. If such an issue occurs, please contact Support immediately.

11. Platform Intellectual Property

The website design, codebase, promotional images, brand trademarks, and all content on the jdbx platform are the exclusive intellectual property of jdbx. Copying, distributing, or selling any of it without jdbx's permission is not allowed.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jdbx may update these terms and conditions at any time. For major changes, 7 days' advance notice will be given on the platform. Players who continue to play after the changes take effect will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

If players do not agree with the changes, they may contact Support to request account closure.

13. Account Closure and Related Rights

13.1 — Closure Requested by the Player

Players who wish to close their account can contact jdbx Support. Any remaining balance will be paid out if wagering requirements have been met. If the account is closed before wagering requirements are met on a bonus balance, the bonus amount will be deducted and the remaining balance returned.

13.2 — Closure by jdbx

If a breach of these terms and conditions is found, jdbx may close the account without prior notice. Players who are unhappy with such a closure may send their enquiry to [email protected].
